Featuring cutting-edge 3D visual technology and digital mapping, treat yourself to an immersive culinary journey with Le Petit Chef at your table, paired with themed music, props, and an exquisite 6-course menu.
Le Petit Chef Marco Polo will run from 5 September to 30 December at the exclusive wine cellar La Cave of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s award-winning flagship restaurant, mezza9. 3 sessions are available daily at 1230pm, 6pm and 830pm, and each session is limited to 16 diners only.
All 6 course lunch and dinner menus are inclusive of the following:
- Complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail by National Championship bartenders at mezza9’s award-winning party room and martini bar
- A special 3D animated story presented by a mezza9 host
- 6-course menu crafted by Grand Hyatt Singapore Executive Sous Chef, Chef Steffan Heerdt
- Option to include Dom Perignon Champagne, Stags Leap wines from USA, and Inniskillin dessert wines as part of the Beverage Package
